Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy.  Qualifying items can only be returned within 30 days of receipt.


To start a return, you can contact us at kawaii.blessed@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.

All returned item(s) not due to damage, incorrect, or missing from an order are subject to a 30% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all return shipping and if free shipping was applied at initial purchase, original shipping will also be deducted from the refund.  If the order came with any free item(s), all free items must be returned with purchase.  If not returned, the retail value of the free item(s) will be deducted from the refund.  

Kawaii Blessed accepts returns for qualifying items in good condition only.  Items must arrive unwashed, unworn, and with original packaging and tags.  Clothing sent in washed or worn conditions will not be accepted.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if:

  •  A refunded product was damaged or incorrect

Shipping charges will be deducted from a refund if:

  •  A returned item(s) was not due to damage or incorrect

Returns due to incorrect address/undeliverable

Returned orders due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable will be processed as a returned order and if a refund is requested, the order total is subject to the 30% restocking fee and if free shipping was applied at initial purchase, original shipping will also be deducted from the refund.  If buyer wishes to have package reshipped, buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges even when original order qualified for free shipping.

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  You have within 7 days of receipt to contact us at kawaii.blessed@gmail.com regarding a damaged, incorrect, or missing item.  Please provide images showing defect or damage.  Damaged, incorrect or missing items will only be available for a replacement if inventory is available, otherwise a refund will be made.  All returned items due to defective, damaged or incorrect item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return label.  


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.  Once a refund has been issued on our end, credit/debit card providers require 1 to 7 business days to process the refund, but can occasionally take longer - this refund processing time is determined by your credit/debit card provider.
